Returns Policy

  • Items purchased directly from our website, as well as our bespoke items, are non refundable, however if the item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, we will be able to repair or replace the items free of charge.
     

  • You must notify us of any faults or damages with the item within 30 days from the date you receive your order. After these 30 days, the item will not be eligible for a free repair or replacement.
     

  • Items can not be exchanged for alternative items, nor can they be refunded or store credit given.
     

  • Items must show no signs of tampering.
     

  • Please email info@antonialawes.com to notify us of any faults or damages.
     

  • All decisions regarding repairs and replacements will be made at the discretion of Antonia Lawes.
     

  • Once a resolution has been agreed upon in writing (via email), you must return the item within 14 days. If the item is not returned within 14 days the item will no longer be eligible for a free repair or replacement.
     

  • Returns must be made by Royal Mail special delivery and a copy of the proof of postage receipt and tracking number should be sent to info@antonialawes.com.
     

  • Returns are made at the liability of the customer. If the item is lost in transit, it is at the customer's liability. Please ensure that when you return an item, you are covered for the value of the item and have asked for a signed-for delivery.
     

  • Postage fees incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
     

  • When returning faulty or damaged items, please return them in their original packaging and in the condition you received them.
     

  • We can only accept returns from the person who purchased the item.
     

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
     

  • Items that are damaged by excessive wear or misuse are not eligible for a free repair or replacement. We are however able to offer a repair service at a cost, please enquire.

Changes to orders

 

  • If you notice after placing your order that you have purchased an item in the wrong size or metal, please contact us within 48 hours of making your purchase and we can process the change to your order. This may incur a cost depending on the changes required. Email info@antonialawes.com.
