This botanical inspired monstera/swiss cheese palm leaf pendant was hand carved from wax and cast into solid 9ct gold. The palm leaf hangs on a delicate 9ct rose gold, hallmarked, 16" diamond cut trace chain. Available in solid 9ct Rose, Yellow or White gold.
